Virginia Petersen - Salina KS
8/26/1922 - 10/8/2017

Below are the memories of those who knew and loved Virginia Petersen.

{10/10/17} --

Dee Durham {10/11/17} -- Sorry I could not make it to the service this morning but please know I am thinking of all of the family and lifting you in my prayers. Virginia was a good RED HAT buddy along with her sister, Delores. Dee

Linda Crouthers {10/14/17} -- Hi Winnie & family. My mom, Wilma Dalton Crouthers, was a cousin to Virginia. I also worked in OB at the hospital when you worked in ER. I took care of your mom a couple of times when she was in the hospital. my mom always thought a lot of your mom, as did her brothers and sisters, Sam, Holly, Marshall, Thelma, Maxine, Myrt, and Jack. I was so sorry to read of her death. She was a sweet lady. My mom told me that she loved to dance, so maybe she and Johnie are dancing in heaven. I hope so. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Don Jorgensen {10/14/17} -- I hope to make the funeral. I have been out of touch with Aunt Virginia for several decades - she was always out gallivanting when the 3-4 times I stopped in at the apartments to see her. It will be good to see Carla, Wendy, and Steve again, plus the rest of the clan.

Lisa & Todd Goodheart {10/17/17} -- So sorry to hear about Virginia. We met her when we were all in Singles in Agriculture and always enjoyed visiting with her. May God's comfort and peace be with you.

Pat (Snyder) Sage {10/22/17} -- I'm LeRoy and Ruby Snyder oldest daughter. I'm sorry to see that your loved one has pasted. I have to to think of the fun times we had as kids when our folks would get together at Rex and Vera. You mother is now at peace.

Dianne (Finch) Ellenberger {10/29/17} -- So very sorry to hear of the passing of Virginia. I always enjoyed seeing and visiting with her when my mother lived in the high rise apartments.
