Below are the memories of those who knew and loved Robert Heinze.

Danny & Brenda Forrest {9/19/17} -- Tina & family. We are so sad about Bob.The reunions we had in Branson will be some of our best memories along with knowing him in Germany. May he rest in peace.

Matt Dominy {9/19/17} -- Tina- Am so sorry for your loss! Bob was one of the good guys, and thoroughly enjoyed and respected him. From the barracks in Wildflecken to the reunions in Branson, he always exhibited a joy for life, and a generous spirit. He'll be missed by the many folks he touched over the years. RIR Big Guy.

Johnny Parker {9/19/17} -- Tina & Family: Please accept our condolences to you with Bob's passing. I so enjoyed seeing Bob again at the reunions after so many years and re-living our memories together in Germany. At the last reunion Bob went to, we sat at a table under a big oak tree and had a good talk and laughed about the kids, grandkids, farming, and life. He was one of the good guys and will be sorely missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Johnny Parker & Shelley Sharum

Tony & Denise Creamer {9/19/17} -- Tina you and your family are in our prayers. I was so glad to be able to get back in touch with Bob after so many years. The reunions made a lot of good memories and that is one thing death cannot take from us. I know the time ahead will be hard for you and your family, just remember you have two people in Florida praying for you.

Deb Ortiz {9/19/17} -- Bob was one of the quietest, kindest people I've known. He had a friendly, shy smile and I never heard a negative thing about him. I hope his family can find comfort in happy memories.

Derek and Nancy Walter {9/20/17} -- May God wrap his arms around you as he is now at peace. Prayers

Shawn & Rachelle Kobbeman {9/20/17} -- What a wonderful friend, neighbor, and man !! He will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him. Thoughts and Prayers to the wonderful family he left behind.

John Mills {9/21/17} -- I have not seen Bob in well over 40 years. While have forgotten many of those who served with us in Germany, Bob was special. He was a man who could be counted on to do what he said. He worked hard but with a smile on his face even in difficult times. His sense of humor set him apart from most. I know that he will be missed. 2LT John Mills, C Company, 54th Engineer Battalion.
